Shipped features

  • Full web shop suite ? bound book / gun book (NFA linking, Forms 1/2/4/5, electronic 4473, amendments, multi-photo, printable labels), products & inventory with stock take, invoices / POS with bill splitting, till & end of shift, customers & suppliers, FFL list, gift cards, raffles, classes, range bays & lanes, and reports.
  • Storefront & distributors ? WooCommerce sync (live-verified), plus distributor import for RSR, Lipsey?s, and Sports South.
  • Card payments in the browser ? Stripe and Authorize.Net with card entry in the browser so raw card data never hits the MyFFLBook server.
  • ATF compliance reporting ? Forms 3310.11 (theft/loss) and 3310.6 (carrier shipment-loss), plus a 4473 audit report for inspector lookback.
  • QR member ID ? phone-based member ID via QR in place of physical ID-card printing.
  • Manufacturing bill of materials ? stock consumption and cost roll-up for firearm builds and gunsmithing, with a printable build sheet.
  • Public, no-login flows ? remote e-signing for waivers and questionnaires (QR), gunsmithing status lookup, and deep-linked customer status emails.
  • Try-before-you-buy demo ? gated demo sign-up with a resettable demo store for sales demos.
  • In-app billing ? plan and usage this period, with a Stripe billing-portal link under Organization ? Billing.
  • Per-shop storage locations ? bound-book locations (e.g. Range, Safe #1) are each shop?s own list.
  • Accounting role ? money-handling access for invoices, till, gift cards, and usage without full shop-floor or admin rights.

Bugs fixed

  • Bound-book storage locations are correctly scoped per shop instead of being treated as shared reference data across tenants.
  • The old local usage-tiers editor was retired so plan names and limits come from one central billing source ? no second, conflicting copy.

Product path

MyFFLBook’s primary product path is the web application at app.myfflbook.com. The desktop WinForms line is maintenance-oriented; new modules ship on the web first. The downloadable desktop software SKU is no longer sold on this site — MyFFLBook is offered as SaaS.

  • Sign-in and tenancy — Blazor Server web app with SlingBuilt Auth (OIDC) and multi-tenant isolation.
  • FastBound — live integration alongside WooCommerce, RSR, Lipsey’s, and Sports South.
  • Deploy — CI/CD deploy to production (app.myfflbook.com).

Still noted from the release page

  • Distributor UX polish (Sports South column mapping verification against live accounts).
  • Additional storefront and membership automation where customers need it.
