Service Agreement

This agreement is between you (the customer) and MyFFLBook (SFL Services, LLC, as already named on this site). It covers the website at myfflbook.com and the web app at app.myfflbook.com.

MyFFLBook is web-based software for federal firearms licensees, gun ranges, manufacturers, and gunsmiths. It covers the electronic acquisition and disposition (A&D) bound book, counter sales, stock, and related ATF paperwork. It is tenant-ready SaaS: one organization can run with multi-site / multi-location visibility. The web version can be tried in the browser. This page does not restate plan prices.

While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the MyFFLBook software for that subscription. This is a license to use the software. It is not a sale of the software, and you do not become the owner of the software.

Use the service only in a lawful way. Do not disrupt the service. Do not attempt unauthorized access to the service, to another account, or to our systems.

You may not reverse engineer the software.

If you cancel your subscription, the license ends when the subscription is canceled. Ending the license is not the same as deleting your data right away.

If you cancel your subscription, we keep your data for 1 year, then delete it.

You cancel in your account. It is self-serve. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your license ends when the subscription is canceled. We still keep your data for the retention period on this page, then delete it.

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

We may change this agreement by posting an updated version on this page.

If we change this agreement, we will post the new version on this page at least 30 days before it applies. The date at the top of the page is the date of the latest change.
