This site and the MyFFLBook app are provided by MyFFLBook. Public pages on this site also identify the business as SFL Services, LLC. The site is myfflbook.com. The app is app.myfflbook.com.

This page states how long we keep data after you cancel a subscription. The sections below state what we collect, who handles it, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.

If you cancel your subscription, we keep your data for 1 year, then delete it.

The same rule is in the Service Agreement. This page does not set a different retention period.

• We collect the name and email address on your account, billing details needed to charge the subscription, and the content you store in the product.
• The site uses cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep the site working. We do not use those cookies to sell your information.
• Subscription sign-in is handled by Slingbuilt at auth.slingbuilt.com. Payment details are handled by the payment processor that charges the subscription. We do not sell personal information.
• Email sales@myfflbook.com to ask for a copy of your account information, or to ask us to delete it before the retention period ends. We may keep a record of the request, and we may keep information we still need for a payment dispute or a legal duty.
• The product is for businesses, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
• The site is hosted in the United States. If you use it from another country, your information is processed in the United States.
