Term of Use

This End-User License / Terms of Use agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (an individual or entity) and MyFFLBook / myfflbook.com (“we”, “us”). It governs your use of:

• the MyFFLBook web application at app.myfflbook.com (SaaS),
• related authentication via SlingBuilt Auth,
• optional hardware accessories purchased from www.myfflbook.com, and
• any remaining licensed desktop software we still support for existing customers.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Software or Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software or Service.

1. Accounts & access

You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized use at sales@myfflbook.com. Tenant administrators are responsible for users invited into their organisation.

2. SaaS service

The web Service is provided over the Internet. Availability depends on network connectivity, hosting, and scheduled maintenance. We may update features as we improve the product. Demo environments may reset periodically and must not be used for production records.

3. License (desktop, if applicable)

Where we still provide a desktop build to an existing customer under a separate customer agreement, that copy is licensed—not sold—for internal business use only, subject to that agreement and these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, or use the Software/Service in violation of ATF, federal, state, or local law. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of bound-book and compliance records you enter.

5. Fees

Paid plans, hardware purchases, and taxes are as stated at checkout or in your customer agreement. Trial or demo access may be limited or revoked.

6. Data

You retain ownership of your business data. We process it to provide the Service. You must not upload unlawful content. See our Privacy Policy for additional detail.

7. Disclaimer & limitation

THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
